FCSA and our member JSA are now looking into this report. In the article to which you are referring, a worker who quit JSA in December 2020 discusses their experience. The FCSA's October 2021 Code change, which unambiguously declares that a use it or lose it approach to holiday compensation is wholly incorrect, was passed before that. Any member who is found to be in violation of our Codes shall face sanctions, with membership termination as the ultimate penalty.
