Another option is to record and upload a video of your company location in order to validate your Google Business Profile. You can't choose this verification method without using your mobile device.

Once your profile has been located, select "Get verified > Capture video." Pressing "Start" starts the recording process, and selecting "Stop recording" will cause the video to be automatically uploaded to Google.

A single, uninterrupted video clip ought to contain the following:

Where you are right now. Take pictures of external signage such as street names, neighboring companies, or the vicinity of your establishment.

Equipment or business. To demonstrate that your company is located at this Google Maps location, record your business operations. This can include things like the signage on your storefront, goods you are selling, branded machinery, promotional materials, and customer service tools.

Evidence of supervision. By recording your access to areas or things that are reserved for employees only, you may give Google video evidence that you are allowed to represent your company. This may be a storage area, your cash register on video, non-sensitive company documents, or the keys you use to enter the building.

You'll receive a message if the procedure is successful. If not, the "Verify Now" option will revert to the app, requiring you to find an alternative way to validate your company's listing.

You can remove the video that was utilized throughout the procedure after your listing has been confirmed, but you can only do this with a desktop or laptop. Click "Delete videos" after logging into your Google Business Profile to remove the video. Verify my Google Account
