How do I recover my Gmail account if I can try again?
The answers you entered here in your account recovery attempt are not the answers to the security questions Google intends to use.
When you created your account, you had to input a mobile phone number, confirm another recovery email, and confirm a two-factor authentication. This two-factor authentication will allow you to have up to 10 one-time codes that you can use after you gain access to your account.
If you do not do this and you have a free account, the alternative is creating a new account.
People forget the jumble words over time, and Google makes it easy to regain access.
Of course, if you changed your phone number and email address in 2011 and it is no longer valid, your account will be permanently locked.

Excerpt from the support thread
I am contracted by Google. Refunds cannot be obtained through this forum or by contacting Google. Assuming you posted here because the deleted account is no longer working, looking for more specific ads to attract a popular IP/computer address to your site. You should also read the following resources:
Recover Account - Google no longer verifies that you own or control this account.
- Google Accounts Community - starts off with a very general idea of how it works and warns you up front (not all accounts can be recovered).
Recover Gmail Account - Very detailed and simple process to recover an account, explaining almost everything it might take (including how to determine when the account was first opened).
Unfortunately, if the various methods of ownership are not possible, Google will not provide this method for you.
